Itinerary and highlights
This site was one of the most important religious centers of the Inca period along Peru’s coast. It features an extraordinary complex of temples and structures built by various pre-Inca cultures dating back to around 200 A.D. Later, the Incas constructed majestic pyramids here in honor of the Sun. Visitors can appreciate the site’s remarkable architectural precision while exploring the customs, beliefs, and traditions that shaped the ancient civilizations of Peru.

In the second part of the tour, we will visit this historic plaza, built in the early 1900s to commemorate the centennial of Peru’s independence. The surrounding buildings are magnificent examples of Neoclassical architecture, reflecting the elegance and grandeur of that era.
Next, we will visit the Main Square, the most iconic and representative plaza in Peru. Here, you will admire remarkable historical landmarks such as the Presidential Palace, the City Hall, and the Cathedral of Lima, among others.
