We will be picked up from hotels and we will head south where we will make a brief stop for breakfast and we will continue for about 4 hours towards Paracas, to carry out the first activity of ISLAS BALLESTAS and the CEBICHE COOKING CLASS.
YACHT TRIP TO BALLESTAS ISLANDS:
Embark on an exciting expedition to the Ballestas Islands from Paracas. Set sail from the dock to discover this marine sanctuary full of life. The slide ride takes you in front of "El Candelabro", an enigmatic geoglyph. On the islands, marvel at sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and guano birds. The sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean accompany your unique experience. After this authentic connection with marine life, return to the Paracas pier with unforgettable memories of your close encounter in the Pacific. Experience the Peruvian marine nature in this short but intense adventure!
COOKING CEBICHE:
This culinary experience is much more than a simple tasting; It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich Peruvian gastronomic tradition. During the ceviche class, travelers will have the opportunity to learn, participate and enjoy the preparation of one of the most emblematic dishes of Peruvian cuisine: ceviche.
After visiting Ballestas Islands, we will continue towards ICA, to make a strategic stop where we will have free time to have lunch and taste wines, piscos and creams.
