Your chef will guide you in selecting everything needed for your cooking session — while sharing secret tips and local culinary wisdom.
Then, head to our private kitchen for a hands-on cooking experience. Enjoy a fruit tasting and a mini “salsa festival” before learning to prepare classics like Ceviche and Causa Limeña as starters, followed by a choice of Lomo Saltado or Ají de Gallina for the main dish.
