Live an unforgettable experience preparing some of the most emblematic dishes of Peruvian food such as ceviche, causa stuffed with chicken and lomo saltado. This tour begins by buying vegetables in a Miraflores market and tasting some exotic fruits and then heading to the kitchen with our chef in charge of this cooking class, where we will learn all the necessary steps and ingredients in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, we will also learn to make the Pisco sour. This cooking excursion includes private transportation to and from the hotel, professional chef instruction, tour guide, supplies for cooking class, shopping for vegetables, fruits. Itinerary and highlights

The tour begins with a tasting of exotic fruits and the purchase of vegetables from Peru in the Surquillo neighborhood market, where you can appreciate, taste and buy some of our great variety of fruits and vegetables. In this guided part our guide will explain everything in detail.

We will begin our private Peruvian cooking classes with our renowned CHEF host in the Restaurant, where we will prepare Ceviche, Causa stuffed with chicken, Lomo saltado and we will also make Pisco sour. Includes supplies, apron and all accessories to be able to carry out these private classes, everything that is cooked is eaten.
